ZGAD250D14 is a dual-channel, 14-bit, 250Msps high-speed, high-precision analog-to-digital converter (ADC) fully designed and mass-produced by Zynalog Semiconductor. It is designed for digitizing high-frequency, wide dynamic range signals, supporting sampling rates from 10Msps to 250Msps. The series features excellent performance including a 70dB signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) and 90dB spurious-free dynamic range (SFDR), making it perfectly suited for demanding signal chains, cellular base stations, test & measurement instrumentation, medical imaging systems, video equipment, LiDAR, and other broad application areas.
