Technical Specifications
Features & Benefits
The ZG7522 is a dual-channel 14-bit 25MSps analog-to-digital converter (ADC) engineered for high-frequency, wide-dynamic-range signal digitization. It delivers 72 dBFS SNR and 90 dBFS SFDR, making it well-suited for demanding signal-chain applications. An 800MHz input bandwidth allows the converter to sample at high frequencies while maintaining exceptional performance.
Digital output is serial LVDS, outputting 2 bits per channel in two-lane mode and 1 bit per channel in one-lane mode. The LVDS driver includes optional internal termination and adjustable output levels to ensure signal integrity. Static specifications include ±1.5 LSB integral nonlinearity (INL, typ) and ±0.35 LSB differential nonlinearity (DNL, typ).
The clock input can be driven differentially with sine wave, PECL, LVDS, TTL, or CMOS inputs. A clock duty cycle stabilizer provides high performance across a wide range of clock duty cycles.
